We purchased the kennels in May 2002 as a family run business. Although
the kennels have been established since 1987 it was in need of a face
lift, which we have successfully completed although we are forever making
improvements.
January 2004 we opened our reception and shop,
as agents for some of the top suppliers in Europe, we sell
everything from clothing, toys for the pet dogs to specialised
training equipment for the sports and service or professional
dog.
We are also agents of DUCK Natural Foods. This top quality organic product
has become an extremely popular alternative to the complete dry food.
Our training programs start with general dog obedience for
pet dogs of all breeds and ages. We also tackle specific behavioural
problems and work with the handler to find a solution.
We also train dogs to compete as sports dogs to Schutzhund and Working
Trials quality, providing experienced professional advice and exercises
to gain the best possible results. Many exercises help the dogs learn
to work under pressure but also to have fun and enjoy the sport.
We are an accredited training centre for the B.I.P.T.D. Our
instructor will prepare the security handler and his dog
for the B.I.P.D.T examination level then we organise an independent
examiner to come to the kennels where the examination can
then take place.
Our trainers have more than 35 years' experience in all aspects
of training to all breeds of dogs.
